October 6th, the 16th Busan International Film Festival opened in Busan, Korea, Korea’s top stars gathered at the red carpet event. And the South Korean actress Oh In Hye maybe the brightest one, she was too daring to wear a plunging neckline dress, that drew everyone’s attention. Of course, when I saw these pictures, I was shocked, she was so hot. Enjoy it!
